Overall a good experience. Asst Manager Mr Kesavan was very helpful in accommodating requests. Rakhi in the restaurant was kind, caring and very friendly. She always greets with a smile and was very helpful in taking care of the special request for my morning tea and the breakfast. Very happy with the experience and will be coming back again.

Accommodation is good. Hotel doesn't have Travel Desk assistance or support. Entrance of the Hotel has strange smell (very strong drainage odour) and remained like this for several weeks now.

Washrooms are not clean properly . I can see left of previous Gest stuff in the room. No air dryer in the room.

pros : hotel was decent, clean and ambience was nice. very convenient location..staff was polite and courteous . room was spacious and bathroom was clean cons : Wifi was weak and mostly not able to connect, plug points not working for charging (only one was working in entire room), water pressure in shower less overall will recommend if you are looking for a short term stay at a convenient location even though slightly expensive
